Here is the latest radio show I did on Lime “healthy living with a twist”. The show was on Monday, 23rd of July on Sirius Satellite Radio ch.114. The show “Above and Beyond” is hosted by the lovely Laura Smith everyday Monday-Friday at 10 AM EST.Earlier this year, when the radio idea was first presented to me (thanks Vanessa); I was a bit apprehensive. There are a few things I felt a bit funny about:

• Getting up early and actually being able to speak… let alone live on the AIR.
• For those in the know – I am very silly; at times verging on childlike… REALLY CORNY. I am also known to be a bit – shall we say blunt direct. So I am worried that much of what I say could be misinterpreted.
• I like to get into the real issues. I’m sometimes concerned that we can’t really address them in such a short period of time.
• Am I really getting the “real” message out there?

With all my concerns and slight misgivings, I continue to go on the show. It is really a lot of fun! I love hanging-out with Laura. She is an amazing host. I realize having someone else there with me helps to fill in the space when I have to tune in and feel into what the issue/answer is. She really make the whole process seamless. I have a great time with her,the Lime staff and the listeners.And lastly… I am learning a whole lot about me and where my path is going. And this is always a good thing.Enjoy!!!
