Where to begin?
I am going to be honest and say that so far 2012 has kicked my ass- er-um … assumptions of how the near future was to take form; it’s a bit different then anticipated. On some levels far better than I could have imagined – stay tuned for some great news! As for the other levels, well, let’s just say I am grateful for the support of my amazing family of birth and choice. It’s an amazing chance to practice the lesson of letting go of my expectations. The gift of profound transition is also a way to practice the laws of Allowing and Letting go. Sigh…
With that said we are fully into Spring – rebirth, fertile ground. To many, signifying a new beginning; a new existence. For others, a time to mourn what once has been. Whatever you do, remember, it is not a time to shut down nor hide. As we can see in the world around us, this is a crucial time to release the old habits of limitation. It is time to open up and live the life you were born to live. Last week on FaceBook I quoted “It’s an evolution, not a revolution.” -Kacy Duke. So why not continue to create a life of your own making – from a conscious place. A place where you can honor your magician within.
Where is your starting point?
Acceptance is a key point to allowing for the neutralizing that which may keep us in continuous repeat. I am not saying you have to like the situation where you may find yourself in. Yet finding a place of acceptance will help you find your own footing. At any point of transformation a person has to accept the current conditions in order to create change.
Clear out to create a clean slate. I know for me, personally, this one can be a challenge. I can hold on to “stuff” – all kinds of stuff - physical, mental, emotional beliefs. And yes, even high spiritual states can be a limitation or a distraction. Being as present and honest about your stuff helps to see it for what it really is.
Ask yourself – do I really need to hold on to this? Is it really serving me in my life? Does this enhance my life in any way? Is this for my highest good?
Own your part in the life of which you have created so far; take responsibility. (PLEASE – without beating yourself up - I personally celebrate mine
).
Remember to realign yourself (for some just begin to align) to the flow. For me, meditation is the quickest way to get back in the flow. For others prayer; writing down their goals and desires; discussions with friends; learning to ask for help; sitting in a church or a sacred place. Whatever it is – have the courage to come back home to who you really are. Check out the book.
Make space in your life for a new reality (i.e.. FEEL how you would be feeling yourself in your every day with that new reality in your life). What would it feel like to have that love at your breakfast table? What does it feel like to wake up feeling healed or what would it feel like if you could walk around knowing you have enough in the bank? The list goes on.
Lets’s continue to create a beautiful spring!!
Know that you are LOVED.
LOVE your way,
T
