
It is time to throw down that Gauntlet again! In the past, I shared about my friend Shannon’s life changing challenge which she calls “The Gauntlet”. Thanks for all the feedback…. I really am happy with the progress I made with my last list. So I have yet again taken on the challenge, thrown down my gauntlet and created my new list… (ahem some are the same…. I need more work on some of them). Gauntlet 9 starts on October 1st!
- Start everyday with the intention of being Whole
- Work on making the guest room a… well… a guest room
- Get the Meditation CD out sometime in October (this thing is getting to be…. argh! Never mind)
- Continue at least 3 days a week at the gym…at the very least 30 minutes of cardio a day (looking good!)
- Clear out and file the paperwork on my desk
- Get more sleep (I elect that we make the days longer!)
- Cut out starchy carbohydrates after 3 p.m. (say it with me…. BREAD!)
- Call Mom more
- Save some money by being more aware of my spending (hey – it could happen!)
